RETURNS AND REFUNDS

No return or refunds for online or instore purchases but each purchase can be exchanged for anything of equal value of the purchase with a receipt. We offer a one week grace period complimentary re-visit with your stylist to ensure service satisfaction.

PRODUCT PURCHASES:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return unused items within seven days for full refund. After seven up to fourteen days a store credit will be issued.

ONLINE PURCHASES:

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, or should you need to make an exchange, you will be required to return your order within fourteen days of receipt. We will happily exchange for a product or refund your payment for the item(s) you have chosen to return. Products that have been used will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.

PAYMENTS:

Payment is due at time of order and available to purchase with any major credit card.

SHIPPING & RETURNS:

If you need your shipment to be expedited faster you will need to call the salon directly for your additional shipping quote. Additional expedited shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

There are no refunds for shipping charges nor do we cover the cost of your return shipping.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, or you need to make an exchange for a different product, please return your order within fourteen days of receipt to the return address enclosed with your original order.
